You’re an embarrassment. The judge didn’t rely on Ezra’s testimony. The judge cited Mackenzie’s OWN words under oath. He “immediately called the mounted police.” He made “numerous overtures” to CSIS. He’d assist them “in any way.” The judge’s words: “there is evidence to support a defence of the truth of the comments.” Ezra got sued for defamation cause he called the guy a fed. The guy lost his case. He pays. The ruling is public. Maybe read it. And take the word “Media” out of your name. I think you’re anything but that. PS. If I saw two smoke bombs going off, and the police were right there, I’d tell them about it too. Nothing hypocritical or even remotely close to the case.
