@cameronjhamill I believe the defendant claimed mental illness and was ordered to complete some sort of counselling in regards to that. No damages were paid for the damage to the Tesla.

@D4RKM4773R @techAU Considering the maker of the video owns multiple Teslas and frequently praises them I doubt there is any bias. Besides, I think the Tesla is a better buy anyways!

Spoke to @AAMI yesterday about getting the damage to the Tesla fixed, and despite the irrefutable evidence showing who was at fault they still insisted we pay the $1270 excess. Even better yet wouldn’t let us choose our repairer of choice...
