The other day I coded a 2 y/o child. We worked on the patient for 45 minutes and every single one of us didn’t want to stop but we knew the truth deep inside. First peds code I ran as a lead and my peds patient I lost. It broke me. I knew it would come. Still wasn’t prepared.

@JimmyPatronis @GovRonDeSantis yeah, those 50 cent tolls are really hurting families here in South Florida who have to live with 3 other families in a duplex because rent has gone up so much thanks to the corporate buy outs of real estate that they can't afford to put a roof over their heads otherwise! 🙄

Something I like about @GovRonDeSantis’s approach to govt is how he makes life easier for residents who are just trying to get by. Whether it’s first responder bonuses, gas tax cut or toll credits, he’s providing real relief directly to people (without building massive programs).

All I really want in life is to achieve this level of humor and succinct summarization.

@sophgermain Can you help me start a movement to shift teacher education to look more like medical doctor training?? Student teaching is too short, we need a "fellowship/residency" phase where new Ts only teach like half a work load and are mentored well, >= 2 yrs, before full load IMO.
