A few “questions” about the American Flag in my bio and also from Mr Blanchet about what Alberta “culture” is. In 1916, 36% of the settlers to Alberta had American roots that moved North. Guy Weadick, born in Rochester, New York, was a cowboy, performer, and promoter. In 1912, he organized the first Calgary Stampede, envisioning it as a cowboy championship and tribute to the Old West. He secured financing from four prominent ranchers, known as the “Big Four”: George Lane, Patrick Burns, A.E. Cross, and A.J. McLean. Notably, George Lane was also American-born, hailing from Booneville, Iowa, before becoming a Canadian rancher and politician. Our culture and our roots have great familial bonds and ties, moreso than the rest of Canada because the government of Canada instituted the Dominion Lands Act. By 1911, over 750,000 people, including many Americans, had moved to the Prairie Provinces. In fact, the Canadian government specifically targeted experienced American farmers who were used to prairie conditions. This led to a large influx of U.S. settlers between 1896 and 1914. They brought know-how. Grit. A culture of liberty, faith, and hard work. They didn’t just farm the land, they forged a new Western identity rooted in ranching, rodeos, and raw independence. Thats why the Prairies feel different. More kinship than class. More rodeo than red tape. More Montana than Montreal. We carry more than a flag in the West. We carry a spirit that can’t be stamped out. Not now. Not ever. That’s the history of this place. Now, over time, things have changed drastically, but I refuse to give up our identity and culture because it bothers someone else. At this stage, I am much more concerned about the culture of the Globalists than I am the culture of America. Many people haven’t woken up to the big lie they were told during Covid even, so I understand this is trudging uphill in the rain and mud in flip flops while dodging stones… and I don’t care. If it doesn’t feel right, I won’t do it and Canada doesn’t feel right anymore. When you aren’t allowed to have an independent voice or opinion and everything must be groupthink? That’s not the values of my culture and i reject them. I like what we’ve created in Alberta as kinship, I think we could do even more if we had more capital and market access, but the arrogance of Canadians to say we don’t have a culture here and we have to double down on their anti American assholeism? Sorry, I don’t like it, therefore I won’t. One last thing. Traitor is a word that was used to describe Gabriel Dumont and Louis Riel and David Crockett. I think I’m in good company, and for those that think I’m just some anti Canadian asshole, shoot me your service number and I’ll show you mine and then we can talk about who has actually served and who serves talking points on X. I have friends buried in opium fields in Afghanistan for a war we were duped into attending. That should make me anti American right? Everyone needs to read more books. Less internet and more books. Once you see the big lie then you can take down all the flags out of your bio and step out of the matrix and live in peace.

@OpiesNan @PierrePoilievre Pierre Poilievre has shown Canadian voters exactly who he is, and who he's aligned with. Joe Rogan hates Canada; asked his audience to boycott us; said it's "safer to travel to Russia than Canada"; supports Trump's threats to Annex Canada! That's who Conservatives are I guess!?

@DavidFischer Demons. You speak the bible or his name around them and it’s an instant trigger reflex. That’s how you know you’re ok and they aren’t. Pray for them, for they don’t know him yet. It is not our job to save everyone but it is our job to bear witness to his love and grace.

People keep telling me to keep my Jesus posts to myself. People keep leaving me nasty comments for my Jesus posts. I don’t care! I will continue to praise the name of Jesus loud and boldly for all He has done in my life! Who’s with me?

@thevivafrei They weaponize everything else against him so what’s the harm really? They are both victims or media painting their faces different colours to make them look worse, this is going to be a phenomenal conversation.

I’m gonna go with @sobtactical and fight from a defensive position on this one. Not hide. Canadians are the reason the Geneva convention has had so many amendments, they still allow fighting in their two national sports, Canadians aren’t hiders, we took our own fuckin beach on d-day and had to slow down to let everyone else catch up. This nanny state nonsense must end, it’s not Canadian.

Bernie sanders was on Rogan also. He’s had on democrats and republicans. Basically, anyone he thinks he can have an authentic real conversation with… which is why the media hates him, they all wish they could, but can’t, so hate hate hate. When did Canada abandon all reason and common sense?

Sharan and I disagree on a lot. But she's 🎯. I said this on my show Monday... Word for word... It'll be a great interview. I can't wait to see it as a fan of Joe. But Pierre needs to attract Liberal Women and Liberal Boomers 65+. They will not watch Joe Rogan. And if they do, somehow the will turn this into a bloodbath of emotional reactions to facts & possible bro speak, mixed with a lot of Toxic Masculinity. Gotta be real. It's fucking cool. But, not a win that's going to change the polls. One year too late.. The excitement of having a PM nominee would have made it feel bigger. It now seems like he's going down to do a redemption tour, as the person who lost. Let's say it so well received by American's. That will only re ignite the Maple Maga. Trump Bootlicker, and Bend the Knee chants. No win situation I'm afraid. Except for conservative and centrists ...can't wait to watch this. It's going to be awesome. imo @msSharanKaur

Wow. CTV puts quite possibly one of the worst people they could find to talk about Pierre going on the Joe Rogan podcast. Listen to how Sharan describes Rogan. All lies. I don’t think she’s ever watched him once. What a horrible person she is.

Poilievre knows his political career is over. He's just milking it as much as possible. He knows going on Joe Rogan will just push away even more Canadians that are ANGRY at Trump. He just doesn't care anymore.

Dear CTV News, While you're breathlessly reporting that 43% of Canadians are "less likely" to vacation in the US due to tariffs and politics, perhaps mention the real exodus: Statistics Canada data shows a record 120,016 citizens and permanent residents permanently emigrated in 2025 alone—the highest ever recorded, up steadily from prior years, with prime working-age people (25-49) and even seniors fleeing in droves for better opportunities and livability elsewhere. Funny how the ones actually leaving aren't just boycotting trips—they're ditching the whole country. Sincerely, A Canadian who's noticed the trend

There’s a mother who lost a son in a war somewhere weeping at your lack of love for yourself. You don’t need anyone else, you just need you, fall in love with yourself first and then choose who you let in to your circle. The world doesn’t owe you any of those things, you have to create them and get busy doing it.

CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG BUT, I turn 38 this year and I have realised , as a man, no one cares about you. Not your wife. Not your family. Not your friends. Not your workmates. Nobody. People act like they care, but deep down, they don't. You are on your own. Always on your own.
