Hard to believe it’s been 6 years since John’s passing. He left an incredible legacy to his wonderful family and service to our nation. His focus and warnings on national security should be heeded today.  He always believed in pushing back against aggression and being supportive of our allies. No one did a better job advocating for a strong and principled America than Senator John McCain.  May he Rest in Peace.

@BillKristol I agree 100% Mr Kristol. I’m a lifelong Democrat but I always respected the Republican leaders before Trump hijacked the Party.

I enjoyed Barack Obama last night and Bill Clinton tonight. As I watched, I thought of their impressive Republican opponents, whom I supported—the late George H.W. Bush, Bob Dole, and John McCain, and Mitt Romney. We once had serious and decent leaders in both parties. Not now.
