@HalifaxBank @LloydsBank I called and was honest i cannot keep up with rate rises, I sought to pay more and asked to roll some interest up as low LTV. You said NO. Thats not #bymyside #again

I think one simple change could make a massive difference. If an IP in any way suspects his Clients are lining up someone to be taken down or any form of wrong doing he should be duty bound to report it or else. @RBSBusiness @Zurich @duffandphelps @Moorfieldscr

The BBRS were created to deal with the previous heinous actions of bad banks on SME’s, but they refuse to consider the previous heinous actions of the banks when considering eligibility. If you have previously been involved in litigation or settled, you’re out - no matter what.

I find it saddening the fractions that exist within the banking dispute arena. I think all should get behind the biggest brand @SMEAllianceLtd and help force @UKFtweets #andrewbailey @johnglen to help past and future victims. UK SMEs need a protector

@SMEAllianceLtd My allegence is with the @SMEAllianceLtd, it's founder @Spandavia deserves more respect as does @AndyKeats. The BBRS should be made to work and all these factions is just making it easier for the banks to get away with theft.

I couldn't agree more. My belief that banks can be trusted has gone. My faith in the judicial system is at zero. My trust in regulators is non existent and my hope that my MP would back me was a dream. We are on our own in this fight

@nw_nicholas @JoanneRossouw I was naive enough long ago to believe that the banks had their customers interests at their heart, and the judicial system was fair and balanced, now thanks to whistleblowers and educating myself I know the truth,without whistleblowers courage much of the truth would be hidden

I agree but after a 10 yr battle, I've seen no progress towards the criminal activity of banks being reviewed. I put my faith @SMEAllianceLtd , @APPGbanking & MPs but nothing happened. I attended meetings had my hopes raised then dashed. Am I missing something? What can I do?

Yes it does help because it reminds us of the importance of keeping going and not giving up. Sooner or later the criminal activity of #Banks has to be reviewed fairly, reasonably and independently to prevent the guilty from acting as judge and jury. #Lloyds #RBS #HBOS
