If you truly understood how this system impacts homeowners on the ground, “love” probably wouldn’t be the word. This was my client. I worked on this case as a forensic paralegal. She was evicted and arrested after challenging the process. What we uncovered raised serious concerns about how these cases are handled and how far FNMA will go to protect it positions and its attorneys.
