Money is a common problem in swim coaching. And Private lessons is my least favorite way to make extra cash. This is why I don’t do any virtual private coaching either. Here 3 things I’ve done to get extra cash flow 1. Website design 2. Social Media management 3. Selling video games on EBay (I crushed this one) What do all of these have in common. I can work on them early morning or late night from my house.

@TheSwimsuitGuy Thought 10 year olds were the future, been saying the same for sometime clubs and regional organisers often focus on the top tier swimmers with very little keeping Juniors interested. League/Team based meets are pretty cool especially when youngsters get behind their teamies.

Are these all the same person?! All missing the point and within minutes of each other. Do they not understand how many great swimmers we lose because of these boring meets. 20 hour weekend in hot pool versus football match with your mates on a stir day morning done by 12

What game in any generation blew your mind with unique graphical effects? (Could be a game back in the day, or recent). Driveclub’s dashboard cam in rainy weather drops my jaw to this day.

Everytime I feel sad or bad that I'm leaving SA, Eskom come in to remind me of one the reasons I'm getting out. Not a doom and gloom person, but this no electricity thing is dire 😞

So after 11 years working for a company through various contracts and sister companies etc because they didn’t want to employ me full time and BEE stuff. I got a letter saying my employment ends on 2 Dec because they failed to get work extensions or new contracts. Nothing else…

Figured out yesterday that I should probably go for a DNA test. I'm adopted and because of that I've got no family medical history to watch out for. Would like to at least know what to look out for. Then again - what you don't know can't hurt you 🤷‍♂️
