Recently moved to a new place and set up my retro room in the garage. Been hiding my games in cupboards for so many years now. Chuffed to finally be able to display it. Really happy with it. (One of my favourite bits is the Journey scarf I bought at E3 down the figurine cabinet).

Here we go... Crazy to think 12 years ago together with @dawid22 from @sagamersforum & @ColonelJakesZA (RIP) we started 5 lappers & followed the @F1 calendar. Fast forward to 2026, We have 60 - 80 drivers per season, 35% race distances, Teams & uncountable laughs all season long.

The Xenoblade X Hysteria is quite frankly embarrassing. It runs better it plays better and it for the most part looks better - yes the handheld mode needs a patch but my word people need to chill out and enjoy games again. "What can I be outraged and whine about today!" Is so boring...

@Stealth40k I still remember where I was in 2015 when I heard of his passing. To this day I still shed a few tears when thinking of him. What a great man he was for this industry. He had such pure intentions. I don’t think we’re ever going to see a man of his caliber in gaming again. Ever.

Not all game executives will have the same trajectory as Satoru Iwata. Not everyone is going to be a developer for 20 years, rise through the ranks over time and then be in a leadership position.

@geoffkeighley It’s incredibly sad. That said, I was thinking the other day that you should include a segment in future TGAs that honours those in the industry that passed away. We haven’t names falling every year now, and they should be remembered and their work highlighted.

I cannot believe I am writing this. Vince Zampella, a titan of the video game industry, the co-creator of Call of Duty and co-founder of Respawn Entertainment, not to mention a dear friend, died in a car crash yesterday in Los Angeles.
