Whenever I hear of Sarah, I remember her mother saying she would dream of her daughter getting into Couzens’ car, screaming at her to stop. Trying to save her, even from her nightmare. Simply unimaginable pain for any mother.

@c_gro Thats interesting as I noticed I need to do 15k to really notice a difference (sadly an impossibility on the regular as I have a sedentary job)

I started hitting 10k daily steps back in July. Despite every post on this app - I’ve noticed absolutely zero physical difference. But - I will say it does wonders for the mental to get an extra 4,000-5,000 steps at the end of a day.
