@GeneratorSwfl I cannot recommend generator supercenter in SWFL. Our generator was installed on 1/13/26 and has yet to be live. Various techs have been out to the house and do some small tweak and then it is still no live. We have called their support and get no urgency to fix.

@Generac Your generators work great but your Mobile Link wifi absolutely sucks. Has never worked. Hours with customer service talking to people reading from a book. Zero practical knowledge. I own two Generacs, the one with cellular Mobile Link no issues. Every other appliance in my home

@Generac ….suggestion…an app software update that allows for a delayed start during a nite outage would be a huge help. Our power went off last nite (at midnite ) in our densely built neighborhood of 55+. We managed to wake a number of our neighbors. The outage lasted only 30 minutes. If we had a delay start in (lets say) a “nite mode”, the whole issue could have been avoided. The only item we run at nite is our freezer, and if the door stays shut, a short duration outage is no big deal. Its seems a great customer option Thoughts?

@ecobee We recently had a power outage. Power was restored to the furnace & stat, but not the internet. Unfortunately, this wasn’t enough! What could I have done to get it going without the interwebs? BTW, vitual or smart assistant sucks!

Huge storm rolled through our town last night and I had to run to @HomeDepot to get a generator for my cousin, who I help take care of. 2 hour round trip and the $1500 @Generac won’t start. Had just about everyone in town trying to get it started for her too. I’ll be looking for a @Honda on Friday since we maybe out of power for a week. Merry Christmas to everyone but Generac! ❤️🎅🏻

@Generac hey is this close enough for wifi signal? Says 100% signal at least. Still will NOT download the firmware update. If my starlink was any closer it would need lube. Your generator is a paper wieght. And I despise it.

Living in a part of the city with thousands of huge trees means we get power outages. Windstorm dropped some trees on power lines while we were asleep. This bad boy kicked in overnight and gave us power for about 12 hours until the grid was restored. @Generac
