@azhukaudev @angular You need to type the command I shared, by targeting the folder directly, not the repo. The skills package changed on how it explores projects and does not accept anymore skills being in nested folders (like dev-skills folder for angular).

AI is great, I really mean it. I love it, it makes me more productive, lowers the entry bar on projects etc. Then you get spammed by PRs with the kind of code. How can we not end up in a love/hate relationship with AI ? 😄😄

@AlainChautard I'd also encourage new speakers to connect with local meetup like organisations to get started. Benefits: - smaller audience - easier to get direct feedback - meetups struggle to find speakers, conf have too many proposals

Many people ask me what it takes to become a GDE, and speaking at conferences is one of the many activities that can help. As a result, I published a short tutorial on how to get started and apply to speak at conferences: alainchautard.com/how-to-speak-a… #gde #conferences #solopreneur

@nivekcode It happened to me last week too. I decided to take a step back from a feature then ask how to improve it and got some basic but great ideas. Basic in a way it could have been the one thinking about that but having my mind already focused on some other aspects

Present tense seems more generalisable to me. It conveys that the emission is an event not a state. To test that idea, hold up the name against an inbuilt EventEmitter (click). Would (clicked) make sense, probably, but I think (click) is nicer because it is stateless Of course you can consume state from outputs, but I would say they are more akin to observables (event is the primary use case, state is secondary) vs signals (state is primary, event is secondary)

How do you name your @angular outputs? I keep working on an upcoming Angular agent skills collection, including best practices. Past tense = "something happened" (event notification) Present tense = "do this specific thing" (action delegation)

@GeromeDEV @angular So a list of users component accepting a selected user and emitting the newly selected user will have `selectedUser` input and `userSelected` output?

@NabshYonat81653 @angular In my opinion, two way data binding is a bad practice (besides forms usage, ie ngModel or Signal Forms custom forms). Forms are the only context where you have to sync an object. In other situations, there is no exact relationship between what you get and what you want to emit.

@GeromeDEV @angular Wasn't the best practice to have for example an input called `selectedUser` and an output called `selectedUserChange`? Also allowing two way binding? Why and when should one use `userSelected` in this case?

@CNEWS @GauthierBret
