After almost 20yrs as an @O2 customer I will shortly be moving to a new provider. The preorder experience for the iPhone 17 on Friday was the last straw. After trying for 7hrs with o2 I was able to preorder for release day with another provider in under a minute. And to top it off I’ll save £20 a month for the same contract

Looks like @O2 are trying to drive away their customers. Been trying for hours to upgrade my phone, have the new phone in my basket but have been unable to access it since the website crashed earlier. I’ll be buying my new phone elsewhere now

@MufcWonItAll2 There are many things the club isn’t doing well, but the so called fans of United stand are just like the glazers, using the club to line their own pockets. I’m always happy to block them and the so called fans that love them
