@NCLairport what is the processing time for lost property at the moment? According to gps my item has been in lost property office since Sun. Can I just turn up or do I need to wait for them to contact me first? I did email them on Sat. Obv it’s Easter hols. Thanks!

@NCLairport Thanks, I already did on Saturday, nothing back yet. But there isn’t a way to contact them directly as the phone goes to their voicemail. If I know they have it, can I just turn up?

Earlier this year, we suddenly and unexpectedly lost colleague and friend, Richard Begg. Loved by so many across the business, and leaving a legacy we were determined to honour, Richard lives on through our new competition with @TeessideUni; INGENUITY.

@Grozzer @BrianMcLain15 Hi Chris! Some YNABers are currently paying that amount - current price with the 10% lifetime discount for being a YNAB 4 user. All YNABers who signed up before a certain date kept our previous pricing during our last price increase and we realize that wasn't communicated well.

@ynab @BrianMcLain15 But…why has the price stayed the same over the years instead of increasing to $75.60 which is 10% off $84? I’m not against A price rise as I want you guys to stick around but this feels misguided

@BrianMcLain15 At the time, the lifetime 10% discount made the annual plan $45 instead of $50. Sorry for the confusion here!

@apwestgarth Oh no! Can you get a tea urn there? Otherwise perhaps a samovar? 😅 Didnt realise until recently the US does get 240v to the house, can you connect to a utility plug, I.e. washing machine or something?

Since late last night we've been at TEACON1! Yet another Kettle failed under the pressure. If we didn't rent I would fit a 240V socket and buy a British Kettle or get a boiling water tap installed. #britinusa

@JonMcNestrie @MicrosoftTeams Hmm...if you're able to, can you create a new user in your tenant and see if its the same for them? Otherwise, try creating & applying a different global policy to your account, see if that shakes it...
