WATCH: Local media asked Socialist Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson if she is concerned other businesses might leave after Starbucks announced its new HQ in Nashville. Twice, she answered, "This is not the subject of our press conference," before claiming the "Starbucks expansion to Nashville has been in the works for years. Seattle will remain their North American HQ & we're confident of that."
Her staff then abruptly ended the press conference & pulled her away

@JakeSPhillips @ClayTravis Wrong. Harrell clearly a moderate (he literally said homeless don’t have a right to sleep in parks). Kentucky of all places has a Dem governor (Beshear, who is moderate). I’m moderate. I vote GOP sometimes (eg Mckenna).

@keegan_tweets @Ekerot57 I’m a lefty and vote D 90% of the time. I preferred Harell’s pragmatism. City got cleaned up BIG TIME under his watch (exhibit a - the row of RVs towards alki finally went away). Parks near me were cleaned up. Will never vote for a R for mayor, but Harell fine.

It's been 7 months since we had our baby and we're still receiving unexplained hospital bills in the mail.
Hardly ever an adequate description of services. Just a QR code to pay online.
It feels intentionally confusing and difficult to get answers. We want price transparency.

So Secret Service agents let an armed guy run past them at full speed, fired at least five shots at him — missing the potential assassin completely and maybe shooting another secret service agent instead — & then only apprehended the would be assassin after he tripped and fell.
