Update - Finally got a great rep @Xerox who swiftly took care of the issue with an outcome that is better than what I requested. Nice work!
Ian Altman@IanAltman

I remember when @Xerox had great customer service. My new printer came with toner that wasn't full. 6 phone calls and hours later, still no resolution. Shouldn't it be easy to send replacement toner?

Can anyone explain why @Costco hasn't had large organic eggs in several months? The Gaithersburg #CX said it's a corporate decision. Is this a short or long term issue?

@united There's no accountability for the same horrible experience. @united doesn't change, so I'm changing carriers to see if others care

Arrived over an hour ago on @united into Dulles airport. Still no golf clubs. They wonder why I switched to @AmericanAir. Bad service.

@HilzFuld We too often think this battle of lies can be corrected with the truth. You are correct that those who spew lies don't care about the truth. They hope that if they say something enough, lazy people will believe it.

Israel has a strong airforce, right? I mean, that’s why the Israel haters say that this war is unfair. Because Israel is so much stronger. Israel is committing genocide, right? That’s what those same haters will tell you. Just a quick clarification… If Israel has such a strong airforce and wants to commit genocide in Gaza, why not just drop bombs from the air instead of sending in foot soldiers and risking their lives? Why not just flatten Gaza if that’s what Israel wants to do? I don’t expect an answer because those who hate Israel don’t use logic. They have stopped using their brains a long time ago. Just thought I’d point out another instance of how their narrative is so full of lies and inconsistencies.

Happy 52nd, brother! 🥺 It’s Ari’s birthday today. If you’re not familiar, Ari was tragically murdered 6.5 years ago when he was shopping for his family, and an Arab kid came from behind and stabbed Ari in the neck. The kid, and I’ll emphasize, he was a kid, got “lucky” and he got Ari in a main artery. Ari was basically instantly clinically dead, but he, miraculously and heroically managed to run after him, jump over a wall, and shoot him right before he was able to murder his next victim, Hila, who had a falafel stand there and had just served the terrorist lunch, not knowing who or what he was. He stopped him but didn’t kill him. The kid was sentenced to life in Israeli prison. Ari saved her life in his last breath and then collapsed and left us. Ari has since become a national hero. The subhuman terrorist was let out in the hostage deal. Ari’s legacy lives on and the stories about his greatness continue to hit my inbox almost daily.

Had a meeting in Bnei Brak, an ultra orthodox city I almost never visit, so I treated myself to a new hat for Pesach. Pretty sure I’m the only one who walks into Borsalino Bnei Brak and asks for a hat in any color other than black, so they know me there by name. 😂

Great insight, @BobBurg. I similarly don't think this should be partisan. From what had been exposed, it seems there are abuses in spending. To your point, tax dollars should be spent responsibly. If they can eliminate waste, reduce our deficit, and put better controls and transparency in place, everyone benefits. With demand for employees so high, I'm hopeful that those who take the deal to resign will find private sector jobs they find financially and professionally rewarding.

As a member of *neither* the R nor D party, I’m very confused by the outrage of Democrats regarding @DOGE and @elonmusk. Why the confusion? Because it would seem to me that if you truly do believe that government spending equals helping people in need, then… *Wouldn’t you want to know that the funds are being given to those who should actually receive them? *Wouldn’t you want to know that those administering the funds are doing so responsibly? *Wouldn’t you want to know that those handling the funds are doing so honestly? It would seem to me that — again, if it’s truly about helping people — you would be absolutely supportive of this process! If you are not, please feel welcome to share with me why you are not. I’m always open to learning. However, it the only reason for being against this is your dislike of the people doing the investigating then I would ask you to put that aside and care more about those you’d like to help rather than focusing on those you don’t personally like.

I was considering switching to @AmericanAir - not now. Canceled flight claiming weather. Other airlines are fine. They wouldn't switch to another carrier to get home. They'd rather spend more and piss of the customer than move the ticket. Horrible #cx

I repurposed everything—my business, my platforms, my writing—focused on two core missions. First, to bring real-time, accurate information, cross-referencing every piece of news to cut through the noise. Second, to inject some light into our days—sharing moments that give us a reason to smile, hope, and push forward. That’s what drives me every single day.

What's up @AmericanAir ? You chose to use the original inbound aircraft for a different flight. I'm guessing this flight won't depart BEFORE the inbound flight arrives.

The saddest part of this is reading responses from those who are clueless about economics. As someone with a degree in quantitative economics, I can assure you that Alex is spot on. Roughly 160 million file taxes. Of those, the top half pay 97% of all federal taxes. So, let's call it 80 million. The CBO says the administration's debt "cancelation" will cost roughly $1.2 trillion or roughly $16k per tax payer. Yes, the plumber who bought and paid for their tools and work truck is going to pay for the student loan that someone else took out and didn't pay back. If you have financial need, you can go to college in the US for free. This handout is an attempt to buy votes from those who didn't have financial need, and are simply irresponsible... all at the expense of those who are responsible. It's a perfect example of socialism... and it's why socialism has never been successful in all of human history.

I'm completely non-political, but this is bullshit Student loan forgiveness rewards bad decision making I took out a $160,000 student load a decade ago I saved every penny I made to pay it back in full. I ended up paying over $300,000 on the loan Now I'm getting punished because I was too responsible and paid back my loan too quickly? I lived in a $500 a month rat and cockroach infested sun room in Boston for years to pay back this debt If I would have instead ignored my debt and bought cars and useless luxury items I'd get a free $300,000 check? I'm as a-political as it gets. I hate all politicians. But this is insanity and rewards the WORST behavior
