I think one of my solutions to fuel prices and shortages may be a shopping bag trolley - an old lady one - so I can walk to get my groceries etc. Keep my fitness up, weight down and save fuel - just need to get over the image of being old enough to use one...

This is a not so humble brag... Pleased that I can harvest this to share with my sister and a friend tomorrow. I've been feeding myself from my garden over the summer and it is still pumping with more to come in the autumn and crops begun for early winter.

@brownecfm @Capt_Caffiend Today is anniversary of last day before NZs lockdown 2020. Hearing about gas stations running out of fuel ( because of panic buying, not shortages - yet) is a bit of deja vu to 2020.

I've seen many people on here - including geopolitical analysts - compare the feeling they currently have about the Middle East situation to the feeling they had in Feb 2020 about Covid-19. Very few have connected the two. A major reason we're here is because of the pandemic.
