@Irakleia Hi Irakleia, we advise on the back of the card, once expired, after 24 months it won't be replaced. We also allow a 30 day grace period following the official expiry before it becomes completely invalid. I am sorry it's not better news this time. ^Karen twitter.com/messages/compo…

@johnlewishelp really disappointed with you guys. Got given a gift card that I didn’t had the chance to use and now that i wanted to make a purchase the customer service team says that it is expired and technically the company kept/ stole the money?? Seriously??
