She was quick to reschedule and bring her Punky Power to Puyallup. Please welcome Soleil Moon Frye to the Washington State Summer Con happening from June 19th through the 21st.
At an audition in 1984, Soleil Moon Frye beat out over 3,000 girls to win the title role on the NBC sitcom Punky Brewster. Frye also voiced and reprised the role in the animated series It's Punky Brewster.
During the 1990s, Frye guest-starred on several television series, including The Wonder Years, Saved by the Bell, and Friends, and voiced characters for the animated series Tiny Toon Adventures, The Ren & Stimpy Show, and The Cartoon Cartoon Show.
In addition to her television work, Frye has appeared in the films The Liars' Club (1993) and Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings (1995) and in stage productions of Orestes, I Murdered My Mother and The Housekeeper.
From 2000 to 2003, Frye played the character of Roxie King in the last few seasons of Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. She voiced Zoey Howzer in the Disney Channel series The Proud Family and the series' 2005 television movie. She reprised the role in the revival series The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.
In 2005, she voiced Jade, a Bratz character in the direct-to-video release Bratz Rock Angelz. She also voiced the character for the television series, and the video games Bratz Rock Angelz (2005), Bratz: Forever Diamondz (2006), and Bratz: The Movie (2007) and the follow-up movies until Bratz: Fashion 4 Passion - Diamondz. From 2010 to February 2013, Frye voiced Aseefa in the animated series Planet Sheen.
Meet Soleil all weekend at the Washington State Summer Con from June 19th through the 21st. She will be signing autographs, taking photos, and speaking on a panel at the show. Tickets are on sale now! wasummercon.com

@fanexposf I'm extremely bummed to hear this. I've attended SF 2022-2024, but had to miss 2025 and was so looking forward to this year. Hope to make it at a different city.

@TheView @Alyssafarah Ana doesn't look so thrilled that Alyssa is back, and she hardly ever interacts with her anyway. Ana has interacted with every guest co-host during these past few weeks but rarely does with Alyssa.

@FilmUpdates Love it! Only wished she reunited with Jennifer Love Hewitt for a photo last year for the reboot of I Know What You Did Last Summer. It's a bummer we didn't get one. 😰

@Scream_News_ @HappyHorrorTime @qgscream I love Mindy and Chad, and I want to see more of them. But IMO, I feel that this duo would shine best if they were with Sam and Tara. The Core 4!

Kevin Williamson talks about where the franchise will go next:
“I would love to see Mindy and Chad. Like, I want to see where they go. That would be my vote.” #Scream8 #Scream7

@SaifLovesHorror Despite this movie having problems, I had a major blast watching it at the theaters! 😁

@keatwins7 I'm happy the way Gale was portrayed in Scream 7. We saw the aftereffects from the last movie. She had a great entrance, and she was there for Sydney. I don't think Gale needs to be chased or be in a physical fight with Ghostface anymore. IMO. 😉

@FilmUpdates I LOVE Sandra Bullock! But I unfortunately I did not like The Lost City. 😞 Hopefully this new movie will be good!
English

Sandra Bullock to star in and produce a new untitled film for Sony from ‘The Lost City’ writer Dana Fox.
Plot details are being kept under wraps.

@Takes2Movie I agree! Both Chad & Mindy work better with the Core 4 group. I feel they can be used more if it’s a Sam & Tara storyline.
English

What I’m really hoping for in ‘SCREAM 8’ is that Chad and Mindy both have MUCH bigger roles. I feel as if they were SEVERELY UNDERUTILIZED in ‘SCREAM 7’. What a loved about ‘SCREAM 7’ is the concept of them working with Gale reviving her news anchor career after the events that happened in NYC. Chad and Mindy were one of the HIGHLIGHTS in ‘SCREAM 7’ even with the little screen time they had throughout the film. 🔪🩸
BRING ON ‘SCREAM 8’ 🔪🩸

@ashleyhollis_ I prefer one long one. I enjoyed it and wished to just watch it all at once. 😄

@the_traitors_ Yeah, I had a feeling before the season started that Donna was going to be chosen as a traitor and that it was going to be a bad idea. Too obvious! IMO But I'm still loving this season!
English

🔥 Traitors US host Alan Cumming reveals why he regrets choosing Donna Kelce as the Secret Traitor:
"She was sort of an oddball in the group. At that stage, everyone's looking for just anything that's out of the ordinary, and I think she was... I mean, she wasn't great at defending herself. I think that was maybe too obvious. And yet, as you can say the same thing about Lisa Rinna, that was like a double bluff."

Michelle Yeoh on how she was “truly disappointed” that “Wicked: For Good” didn’t receive a single Oscar nomination:
"I am in shock! I really am. I think sometimes the problem is that people think, 'Oh, you already got so much with the first one, let other people have a chance.' But then it feels like, 'No, come on!' It’s such a beautiful, well-made movie. Paul [Tazewell] for costume design, hair and makeup. If you compare it [with contenders this year] it should be there. For Jon Chu, for [DP] Alice Brooks, for the set design. It’s not the replica of the first one. It’s more elaborate and there are many more new destinations in 'Wicked: For Good.' So I was truly, truly very disappointed."
