@oncology_bg What we observe at a population level vs individual pt goals important distinction. I.E pts who are more proactive/aggressive likely benefit but those who arent can discuss alternatives. Pragmatic not dogmatic. Will never be a perfect study...

We can’t just look at people who got the screening test. We have to look at people who were randomized with the intent to screen. At the population level, screening with colonoscopy doesn’t save lives is the correct interpretation. nej.md/3yggwTp

It would be hard to overstate how exciting these early results are in late-line MSS CRC patients without liver involvement. From non existent ORR in nearly all IO only trials, to 42% in those without liver involvement. I highly look forward to future results and confirmation!
