Random Wednesday musings... I have started to wonder if the problem with drivers is that they are the only club we're not trying to hit a specific distance. With every other club we have a distance in mind. For me anyway, driver is just hit it as far as I can. This leads to over swinging, at least for me. I wonder if I (and others) might benefit from having a specific distance in mind, even with the big stick?

Every golfer gets stuck between clubs So, do you take less loft and take something off? Or take more loft and swing harder? I don't believe there is a right answer for everyone, but there's a right answer for your swing. You can test this and find out. What do you prefer?
