There is a major difference between a good TEAM and a good PROGRAM.
A TEAM is a simply a group of quality athletes. A TEAM becomes irrelevant when these athletes are gone.
A PROGRAM will be successful with many athletes over decades. A PROGRAM has a system.

Permit me a track nerd gripe, but athletes’ World Athletics profiles should list their actual personal bests on the landing page.
Cooper Teare’s 5000 pb is 12:54.72, but his indoor 12:57.97 is worth more ranking points so that’s the one that shows up first.
