@AklineVeritas @richardbiancojr Andrew is correct about Rich. I started the pandemic with 3 restaurants and am down to 1 and struggling with sky rocketing payroll and inflation. What’s worse is when customers accuse us of price gouging meanwhile I’ve had to get a side job to survive.

@richardbiancojr And Rich is correct. Our wonderful independent restaurant scene, unique to DC, is in peril. An owner cannot feed a family of 4 on a bottom line number shareholders of a company with 400 restaurants would be thrilled with. Best to get your CPK or Cheesecake frequent dining card.

Both parents work remotely from DC based companies making DC wages while living in NC.
