Similar to how Diancie and Mewtwo were distributed, a currently unavailable Mega Stone will be released in the future via Mystery Gift! The data is currently in the LZA 2.0.0 update for the DLC, but not normally accessible.

@JoeMerrick @d_buchan09 For those curious, seems the boy doesn't spawn until "SYS_WORK_DLC_PHASE" has reached "80000". The EX3 mission requires completion of EX1 and EX2 before being able to start.

And that's all the Side Missions done. Game complete other than mopping up of Dex stuff. Absolutely top tier solid DLC heavily let down by the need to grind. Once that grind is done, it's fantastic

So the real question is, which method of these do people prefer The Mystery Gift method of Legends: Z-A, with the gradual release...but servers may end in 10+ years or The Save Data Bonus of Legends: Arceus, where everything is there but you need another game save to access it
