Slot continues to ignore / alienate far too many players and it’s hurting us time and again. This season he’s fallen out with Salah. Jones and Robertson were keen to leave last week and contract talks with multiple players have stalled / stopped altogether. He simply has to go.

The sending off will be the talking point and of course the comeback, but Liverpool were shit for the majority of that game, yet again. I’m so fed up with this team under this manager. I just don’t know where we go from here, bar limping out of the cups and missing out of UCL.

Yesterday proved the system works but it also showed the ceiling Liverpool are crying out for raw pace and 1v1 threat out wide. Add two quick, fearless wingers and this team instantly jumps levels. Defences would be stretched, space opens up everywhere, and our midfield suddenly becomes far more dangerous. Mo Salah is a FOOTBALL legend , no debate about it but unfortunately time catches up with everyone. He still has moments, but lets be honest he no longer terrifies fullbacks over 90 minutes. That’s not disrespect, that’s just reality. Manage his role properly and you protect his legacy and the team. Gakpo is a good footballer, but consistency has never been his strength. As an impact option off the bench, he makes sense. As a starter, he limits us. In conclusion, we are two explosive wide players away from turning a good side into a serious problem for any team in the WORLD.

I know it was overhit but I like that from Kerkez. He needs to open his body up and whip those crosses in rather than closing it off and passing back which he did too often earlier this season. Saw Dom making a run and went for it. Good.
