Back in 2018, I attended my first #WorldHealthAssembly as a delegate of the @IFMSA. During this time, I had the opportunity to advocate for #MeaningfulYouthEngagement in #GlobalHealthGovernance processes (such as the @WHO Governing Bodies) which was severely lacking.

Humbled & honoured to have been appointed to the inaugural @WHO #Youth Council as a rep of @GHFutures2030! I look fwd to working w/ fellow Youth Council members & WHO Secretariat to continue to shape #meaningfulyouthengagement @ the highest level of #globalhealth decision-making!

This year for the first time, some of our delegates were working in delegations, representing the same country separately in committees and together in plenary. Congratulations to Kaitlyn Green and John Bervin Galang for their team spirit representing Ghana 🇬🇭! #LonWHOpandemics
