@Nate_Tice Not at all righties are left brain dominant though. Righties can be right brain dominant too. So some really elite movers like Barry Sanders, Pat Mahomes may be right brain dominant. Easy to test it. Also why the NFL/Oakley need to get rid of the prism visor but i digress

@Nate_Tice Lefties are right brain dominant. Right brain is where we get our spacial awareness and ‘body control’ via the somatosensory system. Right brain is also gives us our ability to be creative and think outside the box. Great combination for elite movers/athletes.

@Tier1athlete @BrianHawkins4 Accuracy will diminish the historical narrative and lore of past ‘performances’. This is the main obstacle to standardization of testing technologies and protocols.

If we are going to time #40yarddash at #combines, let's make sure we correctly & accurately measure the time. Stopwatch ⏱️ is not the way to go & when there is not a standard timing protocol being used, it just hurts the athlete & gives false info. @BrianHawkins4 @DerekMHansen

Hot take... survival is #1 goal of a track season. Must get to starting line 100% healthy and 80% in shape, not the other way around. If you are 80% healthy, you are 100% worthless.

If you don’t have a budget for a Reverse Leg Press make sure you add a foot plate to a barbell and straps. Athletes need brute force and very sophisticated disassociation of the spine and femur. I have not done a sled push in decades as this makes hip extension far better.

Interesting when posts are made regarding fastest players over yrs via the combine I get many trainers post to promote business..but..the list shows besides Chris Johnson (who’s game was not just a “speed” back)..other players on the list didn’t transfer speed into in-game skill
