We need editors who understand content, not just software.
You should be able to spot strong podcast moments, turn them into viral shorts, and edit long-form videos with pacing, storytelling, captions, and motion graphics.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but is finding the right moments from an hour-long podcast really that hard? I’ve gone through 500+ applications, and almost everyone has been mid.
