@NewbergReport you should want a rental with a lockout on the way. otherwise they’re probably overpaying. reunion idea, Kirby’s ERA/WHIP are really good, he wouldn’t be very expensive with limited innings.

@TexasKelleyMan yeah twice in a year with the same issue isn’t good. only thing I’ve got at this point is he said a year or two agohe’d rather retire than not play SS. maybe at some point when he seems/playing fine they tell him he’s DHing or something and convince a trade that way. idk.

not sure why anyone would want Seager, he’s missed around 40% of the games since the start of ‘25.
AAV down to 20 million to try and make him more appealing, you’re eating nearly 60 million bucks the rest of his contract.
