this season, i made a poster for every washington capitals gameday with the aim of improving myself with photoshop, trying new styles and staying consistent. here's a (very compressed) look at them all in order:

Definitely concerned for Sandin the way he went down, but I try to talk myself off the ledge in those situations until we know what really happened. Like Wilson tore his ACL on a very basic hit that looked like nothing so you just never know

@TedStarkey I think Nastya very much wants to go back and it sounds like he made a commitment to her that this would be the last contract. Even though he can still play at a high level at this age and is more than capable to play another season. It’s gonna come down to what his wife wants

Should he decide to head back to the KHL, would think family involvement, unhappy with offseason moves by Caps or inability to get a contract he wants. More likely some leverage on last two.

While it’s certainly possible that today is Ovechkin’s last home game, fact he has played every game this season, scored 32 goals to lead all potential UFAs, and Capitals still are reasonably competitive would make you think it’s tough to walk away.
