@msiUSA I bought a new MSI PC back in December from Newegg and it arrived missing one of the clips for the CPU fan. I called and was told they would send a new one. I called again a couple weeks ago and some a-hole was rude to me when i misspoke and said GPU fan clip when I was describing the problem. I can only assume I’m not getting it,ever lol. I’ll just buy one on Amazon. Thanks for the awesome customer support!!

The one thing I do like about AI chat bots and AI customer service agents is how susceptible they are to flattery. You can talk them into giving you discounts and free shit, then complain to real customer service agents if they aren’t honored until you get some kind of discount.
