@PPFAS I am not sure how your website/online process works. The money has been deducted from my account, and the folio has not been created. I am told it will take 5 working days to tell if the folio will be created and an additional 5 working days to refund the money debited.

Triggered OTP after 3 mins when the OTP screen hasn’t even come up on browser screen!! What bad website!!! Hope you are aware of this and someone is checking this

@PPFAS login completely dysfunctional since last 20-25 mins, both on iOS app, as well as on website. What a disaster!!!
