A new low for customer service @O2 when trying to move from Vodafone but after 3 hours on the phone, email links not working, cut off twice and not called back when said they would I don’t think I will bother. Appalling

So, it's becoming a farce trying to get compensation from @vueling airlines. It's been over 2 months, numerous emails and phone calls since we were bumped off a flight at the gate still waiting for the compensation due. Absolutely disgraceful service #bewarned

Poor service from @vueling Still waiting for compensation on overbooked flights where we were involuntarily bumped off our flight with 40 other poor souls. Nearly a month later-Nothing. Not surprising but unacceptable

@TicketmasterUK how on earth are you supposed to work out how to get tickets for @billieeilish O2. I previously booked tickets for my me and my daughters on Ticketmaster for cancelled O2 gig and no code, email, text to instruct how to use. Im either in the queue or just hanging.

@nomadicrevery I was listening to the recent isolation tapes with interest when you mentioned the non alcoholic beer delivery. I am off the booze right now and curious where you are getting your no alcohol beers from. I used the light drinks website recently which was great.
