Today, @withglide is announcing our $15M Series A, led by Acrew Capital with participation from Pear VC and Pathlight Ventures. @gautamka, @vishnuchakrobo and I started Glide with a simple belief: community financial institutions deserve fintech-grade speed and experiences. No one should get left behind on fragmented, decades-old infrastructure. In our first 12 months since launch, Glide signed 15 FIs, all through founder-led sales. Glide’s first product, Deposit Origination, reduces new account opening time from 20 minutes to under 3, and boosts onboarding conversion by 3x. With the new funding, we're scaling fast, expanding into new products, and bringing AI deeper into the banking stack. We’re hiring across product, design, and engineering, come build with us!

Very excited to share that we've led a $22M Series A alongside @KhoslaVentures and @PathlightVC in Obvio, a company tackling one of the most overlooked public safety issues: road safety. Thrilled to be working with Dhruv Maheshwari and Ali Rehan on their mission!

New @PathlightVC request for startup drop - we're looking to back the next generation of AI platforms building for public safety + local government! We're particularly interested in startups that can break through procurement gridlock in unique ways - more thoughts linked next.

We're looking to hire a chief of staff in NYC for @PathlightVC!! This role will engage all functions of the firm, including special projects, founder experiments, portfolio engagement, and more. You'll also get to work directly with me as well as @MahdiRazaMR @seandougfan.

EFC June update: - team has grown by a whopping 50% MoM Excited to bring onboard @seandougfan onto the team! When @MahdiRazaMR and I told people that we were looking to expand the team, multiple investors and founders immediately put us in touch with Sean and within the first 30 minutes, we quickly understood why. The vibes were indeed vibing. Sean brings an incredible amount of experience across investing, corp dev, and operating - and is way smarter than I am (which admittedly is a low bar). He’ll continue to be based out of Boston so we’ll also be spending more time in Boston ourselves as well as having Sean in our NYC office often!
