@Practo is a con app. It's a dead-end, level-zero bot. The company itself is a fraud. I ordered medicine and paid in full for 24-hour delivery. After 24 hours, I checked the status, and it was nowhere close to delivery. I cancelled it, but I didn't get a refund. #zeroethics

@Practo This is the message I sent to customer care at @Practo which offered me a refund after deduction of Rs. 1100. Why would I choose your discounted doctor if I had to pay the full amount apart from membership amount?

Beware of taking any membership plan of @Practo. It is a cheater of the highest order. Offered a plan offering 12 physical consultations in a year. After 1 consultation, stopped offering appointment under that Plan. No doctor is in Noida is covered under the Plan.
