Local media would also be pooled and evenly distributed, so the Dodgers wouldn’t have all of that money to spend anyhow.

Every league that has a cap has more competitive leagues than the MLB. It’s not dick riding owners it’s what’s best for the sport. Small teams spend more with a cap.

@MisterRedlegs I think in a season of 162 games you’re bound to play some bad ball at some point. Are they man enough to continue to show up the next day? Seemed that way last year, and Tito won’t let anything but that happen. Have to be in for the long haul. Onward Mr.R!

It’s not a matter of bad luck or being snakebit by these choking #Reds. They’ve lost 6 straight on this roadtrip and deservedly so. They do almost nothing good. Can’t hit, can’t pitch, can’t run the bases, can’t do basic fundamentals. In other words, they’re just not good enough.
