@RBS_Help why did I receive an anti-fraud call requesting DOB YYYY, then DDMM, allowing AI voice fraud spoofing your number to get my data? (I know the legit txn youre calling about.) On purpose I entered DDMM wrongly and it didn't even divert or ask me to call. POOR & VERY WRONG

@RBS_Help Since my father's death on 30th November last year, the joint account he had with his wife has been frozen, because someone at the branch accidently (or incompetently) put his wife as 'third party', whatever that means! Neither was informed. How can this be fair?
