ईडी दिल्ली ज़ोनल कार्यालय ने पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत मेसर्स जेसी वर्ल्ड हॉस्पिटैलिटी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और मेसर्स इन्वेस्टर्स क्लिनिक इन्फ्राटेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड की मौजूदा बाज़ार कीमत क्रमशः लगभग 40 करोड़ रुपये और 60 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की अचल संपत्तियों को अनंतिम रूप से कुर्क किया है। यह कुर्की व्यापक पैमाने पर जनता के धन के दुरुपयोग व धोखाधड़ी के संबंध में धन-शोधन की उस जांच का हिस्सा है जिसमें मेसर्स जेपी इंफ्राटेक लिमिटेड (जेआईएल), मेसर्स जयप्रकाश एसोसिएट्स लिमिटेड (जेएएल) व उनसे संबंधित कंपनियाँ शामिल हैं। इस मामले में अब तक कुल 500 करोड़ रुपये (लगभग) की कुर्की की जा चुकी है। इससे पहले इस मामले में, मेसर्स जेपी इंफ्राटेक लिमिटेड के प्रबंधक निदेशक मनोज गौड़ को 13.11.2025 को पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत गिरफ्तार किया गया था और वह वर्तमान में न्यायिक हिरासत में हैं।
