@Afzalgital Most likely, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF/CPRF) only invited ACP, because ACP and KPFR both support the Russian SMO in Eastern Ukraine, while the CPUSA condemned the SMO as an inter-imperialist conflict

Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Theoretically, you could even revive the Aral Sea if Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan dismantled their irrigation systems. But go ahead and ask whether the average Uzbek and Turkmen is willing to do that. 99% of them will say they don't want to.
