@antsandcarolyn Hi there. Sorry to know you are having issues. If you contact your GP surgery they can contact community COPD team to support. If social care is needed the GP can also point you in that direction or look at the Council website for info. Hope that helps

@RespUnitSGH Hi can you tell me how elderly friend with COPD discharged from hospital 1st Jan goes about getting support? COPD team were supposed to contact today but we’ve heard nothing. She also needs social care support 🙏
