Plus there's still nothing quite like survival. And as I said the story was pretty tight and made sense.

@pentapenguin_ @ShreddedJeet @TheDivisionGame I'd argue being un-live serviceable isn't a bad thing. The story for the most part is clear cut and still open ended... TD2 is definitely not. It's wishy washy paper thin nonsense with double and triple agents everywhere that leaves most people just feeling meh.

It's just an incredibly stiff game with fundamental flaws, sure there is all this content but you can see behind the smoke and mirrors still.

Federal law requires retirement for general officers at age 64 without deferments. In 2025 that would allow for an officer who was 22 after completing ROTC or an academy to serve 40 years if service started in 1985. Both those officers are at or past mandatory retirement age and any deferments they got were simply blocking other officers from receiving promotions they also deserved.
