I have spent a while promoting @reco_social on social media and I’m beginning to think they’re a scam! I opened a support ticket on 4/1 and haven’t heard back…. 12 days and no response? Unbelievable

@PonkSho @eBay Good luck! I have one where the customer opened a dispute that they didn’t get their package. Package showed delivered. They then opened a chargeback and eBay said “we agree with the buyer” Clear blatant fraud and eBay told me I am SOL!

eBay proving yet again why they are the worst company to sell on! Buyer opens a claim that they didn’t get their package, tracking shows delivered. eBay agrees and says they got it. Customer opens chargeback for empty item eBay says customer is right! What @eBay is terrible!
