One of the most disheartening parts of "LawTube", is their complete willlingness to either gloss over the nuances of the law or misstate it all together to fit the narrative that they most benfit from ($). People want to be told what they want to hear and their reliance on that positive feeback loop is what makes these people money. It's not that they don't know these things, they do, but they are appealing to their own authority to cover up the glaring lapsed in their biased, commercially driven coverage. This is abundantly clear in the dogshit "analysis" already being thrown out there of the newly-filed defamation lawsuit against Karen Read and Aidan Kearney. Lawtube is quite simply lying to you because you want to hear that it is a losing case. It's not. Do your own research.

The contents have been authenticated by Kearney himself, repeatedly, as he continues to blame his ex-girlfriend for "stealing" his extraction and giving it to me (she didn't.) The judge in his restraining order hearing made it very clear that Kearney has waived privilege. All of this information has been alleged in the newly-filed defamation claim, and here it is - in black and white. Imagine if communications like this existed between the Alberts and McCabes? They don't, because the DOJ went back years in their phones and the most that was pulled out was the "asian house" and "tell them (the media) the guy never went in the house." A couple things: #1 You will never convince me that Aidan Kearney recorded this call with Karen Read to play for his non-existent "therapist" as he has previously claimed, and then screen recorded it for "safekeeping." This is obviously blackmail. Make no mistake - he is the one who screen recorded it. His text notifications pop up, as you can see. #2 I am bothered that what I have recieved is in clips. Without context the statements she makes, although seemingly incriminating, are not entirely clear. This is frustrating for me and has prevented me from posting. But this one is clear enough. @adamdeitch, please explain why you were having private conversations with a murder defendant during an investigation you spearheaaded which yielded zero arrests, indictments or evidence of any conspiracy, public corruption or malfeasance, just to have that murder defendant leak it all to a blogger.
