I’ve read the San Francisco Chronicle’s reporting and I take it seriously. What is described is indefensible. @TheLaurenChen Everyone knows when you go out to eat 20% is the standard. They didn’t skimp on the meal so don’t skimp on the tip. You are showing your character by assuming that this waiter works full time which most don’t and that there aren’t slow hours. Try the job out for 2 months.

@Getthebagcoach Depends on how big your party is. We have 3 kids, so would have to get 2 hotel rooms, and no guarantee they'd be near each other. An Airbnb with multiple bedrooms and a shared common space to eat/watch TV is much much better 9 times out of 10.
