@SW_Help this morning on your service to Exeter a rude member of staff came on board with a family of 4 to insist to people already sat on a table that this family needed to be sat together, on a busy train. There were lots of 2 seaters. Why !

@SW_Help last October you said it be the last one. This is the second time this year you're closing the lines. What could possibly be the need to keep closing it down every school holiday
