@BigOShow We complain about us being weak when the weather turns cold. Guy is building an offense that can handle it. We complain. May work, may not. None of us know.

@AlbertBalido @FirstSquawk That is what the law requires. There was a vote on Libya with the House voting “No.” In Iran, As acknowledged by both Dems and Repubs, a “yes” vote is require for continued action. And past violations of the law don’t justify further violation.

@RabidDawg19 @AlbertBalido @FirstSquawk The war powers act of 1973 requires Congress to specifically give authorization after 60 days. We will see how that plays out. Will all dems in the house vote no? Will all Republicans vote Yes? What about the Senate and the Filibuster. Going to be a very interesting 10 days.

@AlbertBalido @FirstSquawk Albert, almost like you haven’t read the War Powers Resolution of 1973. If Congress doesn’t authorize use of force by May 1st, then it is illegal for Trump to continue the War. He could certify he needs 30 days for a safe withdrawal of forces, but that is it.

@FirstSquawk A war powers resolution if it passes, and that is a near zero chance, it can still be vetoed. This guy is a professor? OMFG

@roon0292 @samshirazim That was a challenge on racial empowerment. The 2015 decision invalidating districts is the better framework for how the court should decide this.

Some No campaigners say Florida won’t redistrict if Virginia referendum doesn’t pass Not sure I buy that, but probably would be less aggressive gerrymandering If Virginia passes, then would put extra pressure on Florida GOP to redraw in tough environment

NEWS: Florida Gov Ron DeSantis is seriously considering delaying next week's special session for redistricting VA's redistricting referendum is April 21. If FL waits, they can make sure their map better offsets Dem gains w @JakeSherman + @bresreports punchbowl.news/archive/41426-…

This path to a not-terrible midterm now seems more plausible: - Some kind of successful resolution on Iran - Trump then goes to the Artemis splashdown - America 250 good vibes - Midterm convention - Actually force Dems to take bad votes on things like deporting criminals

@natespopve76659 @stephen_richer Point me to a single official finding—audit, court, or investigation—confirming thousands of fake votes. Not a thread. An actual finding.

@natespopve76659 @stephen_richer That thread misreads audit logs and turns process errors into “fraud.” If thousands of ballots were double-counted, the hand audit wouldn’t match the machine totals. It did. Multiple recounts found no evidence of thousands of fake votes—just recycled bad analysis.

The easiest way to start allowing documented proof of citizenship for voting would just be to amend the NVRA to allow states to do it for all of their voters if they want.

@natespopve76659 @stephen_richer Johnny Midnight? The SOS did not say that. This isn’t independent corroboration—it’s duplicated error. When two claims rely on the same flawed premise, matching numbers prove nothing. The only verified evidence? Multiple Georgia recounts confirming the same outcome.

@natespopve76659 @stephen_richer “The recounts didn’t match” is misleading. Every count in Georgia confirmed the same winner. Minor variances = normal audit noise, not fraud. There’s zero evidence of thousands of fake ballots. Courts confirmed. Republican Governor and Supervisor of Elections confirmed.

@natespopve76659 @stephen_richer Quick reality check: Georgia conducted multiple recounts—including a full hand audit. All confirmed the same outcome. Claims of “6,000 fake votes” have been investigated and rejected. Allegations aren’t evidence.

@natespopve76659 @stephen_richer There is nothing there. Prove any of it in a court of law. Rejected time and again. I know, in your mind, all the courts, all the Republican electeds are in on it. It is lunacy. Look at the Heritage foundation report. Are they in on it too?

@ScDomnick @stephen_richer The cases are in the post. State cases, state investigators. The SEB is Ga has legislative authority to investigate and hear election cases. It took 4.5 years to have one case fully heard. Fraud was proven and intentional. Republicans under Kemp covered it up.

@ScDomnick @stephen_richer What? Where do you get your information? The same media that told you the laptop was Russian Disinformation? Fraud was PROVEN in Ga. These are facts. Look up these cases. All verified. x.com/i/status/20344…

In this post analyst Phillip Davis @mad_liberals provides evidence showing that there wasn't only 3,930 double scanned ballots added in the machine recount to force a match with the original machine count- there was actually close to 6,000 fake votes added. Because they also added new ballots and even test ballots to force the match. Now recall that in the original Joe Rossi Case (SEB 2021-181, not to be confused with the later Moncla-Rossi SEB 2023-025) Rossi identified over 6,000 erroneous votes added to the hand count. These included duplicate (double reported) batches and misidentified batches, which collectively gave Biden a fake net gain of around 4,000 according to Rossi's case transcripts. Now consider that Rossi's findings were completed unrelated to Phillip Davis' later work with double scanned ballots, yet they both show a roughly similar amount of manipulation to force the match. In historical research we call this Independent Attestation. It's a very powerful piece of evidence. I conducted research on the duplicate hand count entries in 2021 and I believed then, and still do, that the duplicate entries show evidence of intent. I filed a formal complaint with the office of @Georgia_AG and his office refused to investigate. The holistic evidence from both the hand count and machine recount show evidence of intent with a roughly consistent amount of manipulation. The case is now in the hands of the @FBI.

@natespopve76659 @stephen_richer Only study after study, review after review…over long periods of time, show that is not happening. Show me one study, one review, of wide spread fraud. The success rate of American election security is something to be proud of. Let’s spend time on fixing real problems

@RachelBitecofer There is a story of betrayal to be told to MAGA. The republican Betrayal on Epstein, Betrayal on Wars, Betrayal on The Economy. And can triangulate so not to blame Trump, but that these Republican candidates betrayed him as well.

To win these lean red states like Florida, you’re going to need to get people who tend to vote Republican, but are not actual Rs, to vote for a Dem. The only way to do that is to give them a reason to vote against their party- they aren’t going to vote for you on policy!!
