Former Calgary Stampeders star QBs Doug Flutie (7) and Dave Dickenson (15) hang out while at San Diego Chargers NFL training camp in August 2011. Dickenson is now the Stamps head coach and general manager. Both have been inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame.

@sarahcrgr Somehow I missed your reply…. I loved the finale. I did think it was rushed and the actual plot wasn’t novel or exciting. But I loved all the sentimental moments. It was the perfect ending for an unexpected reunion.

@ScottCrowson I was too young when it first aired but it's definitely the show that got me hooked on Trek! I loved the finale, it felt a little rushed but it hit all the right heartwarming beats IMHO. I liked the whole season a lot. What did you think?

@BenjaminCrew1 I’ve always felt the dramatic pivot of the film is when the young Bulgarian woman shows to Rick what a noble sacrifice is. His macho facade cracks in a few wordless moments of the best acting ever.

Casablanca works so well because it's about a love triangle but there's also a 4th guy who would sleep with everyone in that love triangle and he is constantly saying some of the greatest lines in movie history.

@DGTnTeacher I would suggest the Labour Day Classic in Calgary versus the Elks, and the return match five days later in Edmonton. Visit the amazing Rocky Mountains (Banff, Lake Louise, Icefield Parkway and Jasper) in the days between the two games.

The Montreal/Ottawa trip is going to be steep (mainly due to Canada Day weekend I think) may fly out west instead for a game and drive to Hamilton in October. Still planning, WILL make a CFL game this year, just a matter of where. So many amazing people to meet, so much great 🏈
