@Destovah @whsprsmusic @UPS I'm deeply sorry for the poor experience that came with buying from us. Tariffs were only around $11, the rest is all UPS BS.
It's not a donation either but a negative transaction, we have to pay for the return's shipping which is far greater cost than the beanie's margin :x

Well, guess that money i paid for the @whsprsmusic beanie is just a donation to Otters Love at this point, since @UPS is a scam company holding it hostage wanting me to pay another $40 CHECK OR MONEY ORDER to get it. Sucks I'm out $60 but what can I do. I'm not paying them that.
