@thameswater 14 hours and counting without foul drainage. Cannot use facilities, families unable to wash or use bathrooms. Despite various promises to attend and unblock drains no sign of an engineer. You are failing your service level agreement. Can someone resolve this?

I can’t understand why, when you are sitting comfortably in your seat on board a plane, the perfectly fit person sat behind you will use your seat to pull there self up and almost dislocate your back with the ferocity with which they pull on your chair. There is no need!!!

@seonemesis @DuncanBannatyne Possibly but again, not always easy to tap someone on the shoulder when sat behind them especially in upper classes.
