@Craig_in_EP V-A eccentric up an AP. S2 blocks in retrograde AP but conducts up the AV Node, then down the AP establishing the SVT. Retrograde AP conduction distal to CS. V1 & V6 hint at concordance, I negative (left to right activation), aVF fairly iso. 3 o’clack LLAP (both limbs)?

Window settings can have meaning in macro-reentry if windows are set correctly. Signals confirmed CI & termination in 1 burn resulted. Important to remember block is the endpoint. #Abbottcardio #EPeeps #HDGrid #SensiTherm

@EL_hearts_EP Hey Erika! Yes. Angio catheters to get there then advanced the wire through them into all of the coronary anatomy. All performed by an interventional cardiologist.

@Tacoma_EP Did you use any type of long sheath or microcath over the VisionWire?

@jeffrey_vinocur Thanks- it’s all very helpful from a safety perspective. The TandemHeart is tending to take the place of Impella here for a few reasons: Better hemodynamic support, oxygenator, frees up retrograde access, leaves LV unoccupied, as well as no magnetic field noise.

@Tacoma_EP The coronary anatomy is amazing However I am most curious about Tandem Heart. I assume less noise than Impella as the drive is external?
